Open Enrollment 2012

November is the month when eligible employees can make changes to their benefits.
Any changes made during this time become effective January 1, 2013. All employees wishing to add or drop coverage, or continue in Flexible Spending Accounts or the Health Plan Waiver Incentive, must complete election or waiver forms by November 30, 2012.

Human Resources will be holding Benefits Update meetings at various times from November 7-13. You must register in advance for these sessions at Please join us for an annual update on our health plan and information on a new Dental plan available. Please contact or with any questions.

New for 2013:

Human Resources is pleased to announce a new dental plan offering available during November Open Enrollment. Available through The Principal, in partnership with AICUP, this plan offers:

1) Lower cost
2) Higher reimbursement levels
3) No waiting periods for any services
4) Full coverage from day 1
5) Rates guaranteed through 5-31-2014
6) 2 plans to choose from

There will also be a one time Voluntary Life Open Enrollment:

1) Employees can elect or increase voluntary life amounts up to guaranteed issue limits without evidence of insurability
2) If the employee elects coverage, they may elect spousal coverage up to the guaranteed issue limit without evidence of insurability
