Building a Human Rights Movement for the 21st Century is Dr. King's Dream Realize

On March 31, 1968, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. spoke about why we needed a human rights revolution in the United States in his last Sunday sermon, only four days before he was assassinated. Many people remember he had a dream; few know that he had a plan. This presentation will discuss how we can use the human rights framework to work for social justice in a way that includes everyone, while not forgetting that our society demonstrates the lethality of inequality everyday. It is a fitting tribute to Dr. King to continue to pursue his dream of universal justice.
